- 3. In such situations, you are requested to share the images of the product with proper packaging and its tracking id. We assure you to initiate a return and refund within 24 to 48 hrs.
- 4. We will also make sure that your order is re-shipped within 24 hrs. You will be also given a new tracking ID so that you can track your order. Apart from this, our customer service team will also track the order from their end to ensure that the parcel has reached your doorstep.

- 6. Any issues regarding the order signed and accepted by the third person on the customer’s behalf will not be accepted/entertained.
